LLC «NIK - ELECTRONIKA» is a national engineering company, which produces a wide range of energy metering devices, commutation strips and mounting boxes. This enterprise is also a developer of Automated System of Commercial Energy Metering (AMR – NovaSys.)
At the moment, manufacture of LLC «NIK - ELECTRONIKA» products is located in a few regions of Ukraine: Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Gorlovka of Donetsk region. At enterprise establishment there was set a task of organization of the high technology production in accordance with the world quality standards. The benchmark study and visits to the leading foreign enterprises allowed to create a mechanism, where production efficiency and high quality of products are achieved due to the maximum optimization of the technological processes and modern equipment. Thus, a strict product quality control is of principal priority allowing achievement of high reliability approved in operation.

The enterprise includes assembling department and mounting department, and test laboratory equipped with new equipment and high-performance metrology devices. Highly knowledgeable specialists responsible for development of all products, laboratory researches, tests and software creation were involved to the created engineering department. By the moment development engineers have developed 7 types (over 100 modifications) of single-phase and three-phase ELECTRICITY METERS having no analogy at Ukrainian market as for quality and protection class rating. The use of the modern technologies taking into account the innovative manufacturing processes adopted at the enterprise, provides continuous work for the expansion of output and product range differentiation, as well as improvement in technical specifications and quality of production.

The quality of components plays a significant role in creation of high-grade devices; component parts are always selected from a few variants. Only the components passed the throughout testing are permitted for use.
The high emphasis is placed on creation of optimum working environment, on the comfort level of which productive efficiency and performance quality depends. There is continuous rigid control of temperature and humidity conditions in workshops. Notwithstanding the antistatic floor passing through static-charge removing device is mandatory. Production is featured with the modern metrology equipment providing high production efficiency and optimum organization of workplaces. Removable carts being constituents of energy metering instruments calibration set, provide the quick exchange of meter batches, thus improving productive efficiency. Corresponding software secures the unbiased and exact measuring of each meter parameters without operator’s intervention. The enterprise adopted automated instrument calibration sets also used for control of single-phase and three-phase meters providing the maximum process automation with the minimum operating personnel.

Company personnel make up to 300 persons. All employees of LLC «NIK - ELECTRONIKA» regularly visit the special advance training courses, international exhibitions, forums and seminars.
Major customers of our products on the territory of Ukraine are large power supply and construction companies, as well as installation contractors.
